You may pay by credit card or by direct bank transfer. In either case, we will invoice you first.
Cancellation policy
At the time of announcement (June 2023), all presenters were confirmed to participate. While every effort will be made to ensure their participation as advertised, this cannot be guaranteed.
Prior to 31 July 2023 : full refund less $250 administrative fee;
After 1 August 2023 : no refunds.
Booked places are transferable.
