Registration options

Please note that, owing to the intimate nature of the forum,  spaces are strictly limited.

Your registration includes everything at the Forum: your accommodation, drinks and dinner on Friday evening, two breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday), two working lunches (Friday and Saturday), refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks, wine tasting, and drinks and dinner on Saturday night.

Full registration:     $2,800 plus GST
Early bird:
                    $2,300 plus GST if registered by 31 August 2011
Alumni/client:
           $2,000 plus GST
Colleague:              $2,000 plus GST
Non-residential:     $1,800 plus GST (includes everything except accommodation)
Spouse:                  $600 plus GST (does not include pass to forum sessions)

Payment options
You may pay by credit card (Visa, Amex or Mastercard via Paypal) or direct bank transfer. Should you wish to pay by monthly instalments, please make this request when registering below.


Cancellation policy

At the time of announcement (August 2011), all presenters were confirmed to participate. While every effort will be made to ensure their participation as advertised, this cannot be guaranteed.

Prior to 30 September, full refund less $250 administrative fee;
October 1-31, 50% refundable;
After 31 October: no refunds.


Reserved places are transferable
